<p style="text-align: justify;">Step 1 &#8211; The first thing I did was I made sure that I got on a diet program centered around getting 100% proper nutrition and increasing the metabolism. For so long I got caught up with those crazy fad diets (restrict calories, restrict carbs, restrict fats, etc.) and each and every time I failed&#8230; HORRIBLY! The moment I got on a program that allowed me to eat NORMAL foods and naturally increase my metabolic rate, my body fat melted away incredibly fast!</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Step 2 &#8211; Also, I stopped procrastinating and increased the amount of water I was drinking&#8230; significantly. I always though that drinking the typical 8 glasses a day was enough&#8230; boy was I wrong! You MUST get at least 1/2 your body weight in ounces of water each day. When I first started dieting, I weighed 302 pounds, so I had to drink at least 150 ounces daily. I was actually drinking a little more than that since I was exercising a lot.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Step 3 &#8211; Last but not least, I changed how I was exercising. Instead of doing the typical isolation weight training exercise (one body part at a time), and instead of doing long low intensity boring cardio (walking on the treadmill), I switched over to compound weight training (working multiple body parts at once such as bench presses and squats), and high intensity cardio (sprinting, heavy bag boxing, sports, etc.).</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Bottom line, as soon as I started to focus more on getting 100% proper nutrition, increasing my metabolism, and doing the right types of exercises that melt away fat 6 times more than the usual types of exercises, I easily, quickly, and permanently dropped 50 lbs. of fat in 2 months! Those 3 steps were very effective for me, and I&#8217;m sure they will be very effective for you too!</p>
