<p style="text-align: justify;">The key of weight loss is in INTENSITY of workout! You have to train hard and intensive, not to long.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">2. You do not have rest days!</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Many inexperienced people work out every day for a few hours! That leads to over-training which means loosing muscle and fat. It is so BAD, we do not want that!!</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">You have to workout by schedule and get decent rest!</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">3. You are trying to consume a diet program that is impossible to follow!</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Remember, easy is better! Your diet have to be easy and quality. It must be such that you can be sociable! Must be such that you could follow it anywhere!</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">4. If you are not tracking your calories income</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">You must eat 10-12 calories per pound of lean body mass (will signify as LBM)!</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Just follow this simple formula:</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Weight &#8211; Body Fat% in = LBM</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">LBM x 10 (or 12) calories = total calories ( max fat loss )</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Second way to calculate:</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Weight x 10cals = _____ calories a day</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Or</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Weight x 12cals = _____ calories</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">5. You are using machines instead free weights!</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The point is that working out with free weights is much more effectively than using machines!</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Exercising with free weights allow you to follow your body&#8217;s natural motion and you have to stabilize the weight. On the other hand, machines stabilize the weight for you so you can not get the full natural motion.</p>
