The moment I got on a program that allowed me to eat NORMAL foods and naturally increase my metabolic rate, my body fat melted away incredibly fast!</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Step 2 &#8211; Also, I stopped procrastinating and increased the amount of water I was drinking&#8230; significantly. I always though that drinking the typical 8 glasses a day was enough&#8230; boy was I wrong! You MUST get at least 1/2 your body weight in ounces of water each day. When I first started dieting, I weighed 302 pounds, so I had to drink at least 150 ounces daily. I was actually drinking a little more than that since I was exercising a lot.</p>
