How to Lose Arm Fat in Eight Weeks?

Losing arm fat is slightly more difficult, than rest of your body. For women it becomes a cause of embarrassment also. I have noticed a lot of women, who are otherwise in shape but for their arms.

Losing arm fat quickly is also possible,if one pays attention to it. We must understand though, that there are no magic belts that will reduce arm fat overnight. There are no spot reduction exercises either, which will reduce arm fat in particular.

We need to do over all workout so that we can reduce fat from the arms. However there are certain exercise in which help in reducing arm fat.

1. If you are taking up walking as your cardio exercise, keep on moving your arms also back and forth. This will burn more calories overall and will also help in reducing arm fat.
2. Stand straight. Your arms by your side. Now move your arms in clock wise and anti clock wise direction. Do it for two minutes, stop and again do it for two minutes.
3. Weight lifting. This is an amazing way to lose arm fat and tome up your arms.Alternate dumb bell curls is a very good weight lifting exercise, The advantage is, you can do this exercise at home only, you do no need to go to a gym. All what you need is a pair of dumbbells. If you do not have those, you can use water bottles or cans.Stand with your feet shoulder width apart with dumbbells in your hands. Your arms easy and resting by your side. Now slowly, twist your right wrist a little bit and bring your dumbbell up, almost till your shoulder level. Your palm should face your shoulder. Hold this position for two-three seconds. Slowly come back to the starting position. Now repeat with other arm Do three sets of 7 reps each. Repeat with the other hand. You should do this exercise slowly for maximum impact. Do this exercise on alternate days.
